Creator Workshop Facts Form

This form is for schools to complete after making a booking for a Clay Creators ‘Creator Workshop’ and we will generate activity sheets based on the facts that you supply. These facts could be to re-enforce your current learning/curriculum or new information that you wish the children to learn.

Ideally, we need at least 10 facts for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As you’d expect, some facts can be for both KS1 and KS2. However, providing harder, more detailed facts for KS2 allows us to create activity sheets specifically for those year groups.

Alternatively, instead of completing the facts on this form, you have the option to upload your own document.
