  • The title of the prize draw is: FREE ALL-DAY HOLIDAY CLUB PLACE COMPETITION.
  • For a chance to win, you need to do the following: Share, Comment and Like the corresponding post/page on either our official Facebook or Twitter Accounts. These are both Clay Creators Nottingham and Bricks4Kidz Nottingham.The competition will run after 19.00 hrs on Thursday 5th July 2018 until midnight on Tuesday 31st July 2018. All entries received after the Closing Date/time, are not eligible to win. If you Share, Comment and Like on both Twitter and Facebook, this will count as two entries to the competition and therefore increase your chances of winning. This also applies to both companies, therefore the most entries a single person can achieve is 4.
  • There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw but you must have internet access and a Facebook or Twitter account.
  • The winner will be selected from both companies Twitter and Facebook posts.
  • The Promoter will not accept: (a) responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or (b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
  • Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  • By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • One winner will be randomly selected by our Social Media team after the closing date/time.
  • The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over with a valid Facebook account, except: employees of the Promoter or anyone who is professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration.
  • The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are completed by third parties or in bulk, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, or are incomplete.
  • The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw including, but not limited to, the submission of any entry that the Promoter, using its reasonable judgement, deems inappropriate.
  • The winners will receive the following prize: A free all-day place at one of our Holiday Clubs from any that we run in Nottinghamshire. ONE WINNER PER COMPETITION.
  • There is no cash alternative for the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. The value of the prize is £22.50.
  • The winner will be notified via private message on Facebook on the Draw Date and will be provided with details of to how to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within two weeks– this will be forfeited.
  • The prize cannot be accepted by a third party on your behalf.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner by email or private message on Facebook. The winner is responsible for providing their correct email address or monitoring their private messages on Facebook – and Clay Creators Nottingham and Bricks4Kidz Nottingham will not accept responsibility for any lost vouchers and replacements cannot be sent.
